ABOUT THE EDITOR:
Grekso, 65 has been at home in some of the fanciest corporate
boardrooms and down-home local barrooms in the country. In a past life, he was an independent management consultant, taught political science and economics, served as a university vice president for marketing and development and was president of a foundation to raise corporate funds for independent colleges and universities in New York State. Following his formal retirement in 1994, Grekso bartended on the infamous �Block� in Baltimore and on Duval Street in Key West. He has been writing political commentary for several southwest Florida newspapers since 1998.
